I appreciated the efficient late check-in process, a HUGE convenience after a delayed flight. I found the left luggage option very useful after checking out, as my train was not until later in the day. The staff demonstrated kindness and offered helpful recommendations for local attractions.

The small window in my fourth-floor room made it difficult to properly air out the space, a minor inconvenience.

i found the location convenient. victoria station was easily walkable and numerous cafes, pubs, and shops were nearby. a local bus route stopped right outside. the area felt safe, quiet, and cute. the blackout curtains were effective for sleeping. the room included a heater and portable fan.

the room i stayed in was a little small for my liking.

the staff was polite and willing to help. the location is central, very convenient for getting around. i found the room quite clean, which i always appreciate. the bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep.
